The Circular Economy Of Tote Bags

As Netpak Ambalaj, we are working to raise awareness about eco-friendly recyclable tote bags and to encourage companies to be more environmentally friendly. More work should be done in our country in order to strengthen the circular economy by increasing the use of tote bags; Thus, we hope to provide more benefits in terms of both economic and environmental health.

Netpak Ambalaj is a 40-year-old company that provides plastic bags for the first 25 years and 100% recyclable, environmentally friendly nonwoven bags for the last 15 years to our country and more than 35 countries. We directly serve the purpose of having a cleaner environment for our country and the world with the 100% recyclable nature-friendly products we produce in the machines we develop. The PP (Polypropylene) raw material we use in production is 100% used in the cyclical economy of tote bags. Although there are many alternatives such as PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PVC, which are more cost-effective, we create a great awareness in the country by choosing products that can only be used in a circular economy. With the successful presentations and awareness we made to hundreds of retail companies that use paper products with high plastic bag consumption or high recycling costs and carbon dioxide emission figures, we ensure that they use 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable nonwoven tote bags.

In the R&D we do, we have around 30 patent certificates with examination. We have received more than 20 awards in various branches. In this context, we are in a position to direct the sector in our country and in the world. We work with more than 60 local market chains such as BİM, CARREFOUR, Migros and all of the leading companies such as English Home, Defacto, LC Waikiki, Gratis, Siemens and Bosch. In a short period of 5 years, we are working with more than 35 countries in almost all of Europe, North Africa and South America in the export markets we have focused on. Our export success in a short time brought our company the MOST ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMPION awards in Export Changemakers given by IDMIB and Stars of Export given by Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).

While Netpak Ambalaj was initially doing the R&D of the machines it developed for the product itself, it later transferred its know-how to machine, which was founded in 2017 and owned by the same person. After the installation, our machinery company has completely focused on R&D and supports the production of environmentally friendly bags abroad, especially Netpak Ambalaj, with the machines and production lines it has developed. Our HunterXC600 brand belongs to the Nonwoven Carrying Bag Production Line machine and has Domestic Goods, CE and TYPE (Technological Product Experience) Certificates as a product. At the same time, this environmentally friendly production line was awarded the ISO Environment and Energy Awards in 2018, demonstrating itself once again in the circular economy of tote bags. Apart from this line, our machinery company is currently continuing 2 TÜBİTAK R&D Projects, and as a company established in 2017, it is taking firm steps forward to have the title of R&D Center. The production lines currently developed by Ultrapak Makina are marketed domestically and abroad, and the first commercialized product was exported to Romania. As Netpak Ambalaj, which loves its country and takes different initiatives every day for its progress, we will tell you our story of "Environmentally Friendly Packaging and Production Lines", which loves the whole world and develops with these feelings, with our slogan "Love the World", and its contribution to the cyclical economy of tote bags. Our goal is to contribute to the development of this sector, especially in Europe and in our country, and to receive the support of you, our valuable tote bag users, on the way to become an exporting country as a large manufacturer of environmentally friendly bags and production lines.
